Why didn't I receive my birthday gift in the app?

In order to get your birthday present, you must have made at least one purchase and received one stamp on your stamp card to make sure your membership is active. You must also have registered your birthday no later than 8 a.m. on the same day.

If you haven't received your gift despite following the steps above, try restarting the app to update your app info, and if you still can't see a birthday gift in your app please contact us here so we can make sure to celebrate!.
